Nick is an Associate in the Development Consultancy team, bringing a wealth of experience in valuation, development advisory, and land assembly.

Before joining Newsteer, Nick worked at the London Borough of Enfield as a Senior Land and Development Manager. There, he played a pivotal role in the Meridian Water regeneration project, leading development initiatives and overseeing land acquisition, land assembly, and compulsory purchase orders (CPO) across various phases of the 210-acre project. Prior to that, he spent eight years at CBRE, where he gained extensive experience in valuation, development consultancy, and compulsory purchase work.

Nick’s deep understanding of both public and private sector dynamics allows him to offer practical, commercially-focused advice to clients facing complex development and regeneration challenges.
