Nicole is a Surveyor in the Development Consultancy team at Newsteer, supporting both public and private sector clients.

She holds a BA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and is a chartered Commercial Surveyor and Registered Valuer. Her experience spans development, CPO and valuation, including audit reviews across office, retail and industrial assets.

At Newsteer, she is currently advising on Dagenham Heathway, Woolwich Exchange and Convent Way, focusing on financial viability, procurement and working alongside wider consultant teams to support delivery.
