Jonny works with public, private and charitable clients to provide expert advice in areas such as site appraisals, land sales and acquisitions, and development strategies.

A qualified Planning and Development Surveyor, he has extensive experience in advising on complex mixed-use development projects, partnership transactions, and development agreements.

Jonny also provides marketing and disposal advice for various transaction types, including land and building sales, affordable housing agency, and funding transactions.

He regularly advises landowners, developers, and investors on residential and mixed-use projects across the UK, helping them navigate planning, funding, and technical challenges to maximise asset value and minimise risk.

His track record as a skilled negotiator and his experience of brokering disposals and acquisitions further solidify his reputation in the industry.

  • Acted for CALA Homes and Home Group in the OJEU negotiation process regarding the 2,000 home Maidenhead Golf Course development site
  • Acquired 281 affordable units acting for Notting Hill Genesis, in Canary Wharf, London
  • Acted for a charity selling the Ovalhouse Theatre and Grade II Listed White House site to Surrey County Cricket Club for hotel development in Lambeth
  • Advised Royal London Asset Management on an unconditional land disposal in Hillingdon for 333 residential units, and on a development agreement in Greenwich for a mixed used development including 360 homes
  • Advised Quality Trusted Solutions LLP (a wholly owned subsidiary of CNWL NHS Trust) on 7 asset disposals in London, and provided development consultancy, funding and estates advice across a number of assets in London, Milton Keynes, and Surrey
  • Advised Fairview New Homes on the unconditional acquisition of a 2.2 acre site on Greenwich Peninsula for £29m. The site now has planning consent for 352 homes.
  • Advised Quality Trusted Solutions LLP (a wholly owned subsidiary of CNWL NHS Trust) on the identification and acquisition by licence of 11 vaccination centre sites across 8 London Boroughs.
  • Advised RB Greenwich on the unconditional off market acquisition of 3.6 acres of land at Charlton Riverside, RB Greenwich for circa £17m, to add to the Local Authorities strategic land holdings.
  • Advised commercial landowner on the unconditional disposal of a surplus site at Staples Corner, Brent for logistics development.
