• Instructed to provide Development Management services through a secondment.
• Involved with the day to day management of a variety of projects working closely with the JV partners on behalf of OUD.
• Presenting to the JV Board
• Procuring and appointing professional project teams
• Driving schemes from initial feasibility through to planning stage.
• We are delighted to have been subsequently instructed as consultant providing strategic Affordable Housing, CPO, Land Assembly and development consultancy advice across a number of complex master plan sites forming part of the JV pipeline.
