With over 10 years of experience Lizzie specialises in providing Affordable Housing valuation and development consultancy advice; as well as negotiating and advising on complex development viability matters.
A qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Lizzie specialises in providing advice relating to the Affordable Housing sector. She also has experience providing advice across a range of residential sectors including, Student Accommodation, BTR and Private For Sale schemes.
Lizzie has experience working as Development Manager in Joint Venture Partnerships running early feasibility exercises, liaising with wider design teams and planners in respect of ensuring appropriate scheme design to maximise value and deliverability.
Lizzie works with clients to identify existing asset opportunities running options appraisals to add and realise value.
Lizzie’s clients include Housing Associations, Pension Funds, Local Authorities; landowners, developers and investors.
