Appointed by The Whittington Health NHS Trust

• Newsteer led the Trust through a comprehensive hybrid planning application process seeking both outline and full planning application for a series of replacement and new extensions, refurbishments and associated landscape and infrastructure upgrades to provide important clinical upgrades. 
• The hybrid planning application was approved following successful Planning Committee in April 2023. Newsteer now advises in relation to detailed design and infrastructure upgrades required to deliver the project. 
• We also advised the Trust in relation to the Whittington Education Centre to the north east of the Whittington Hospital in the discharge of planning conditions and amendment applications.
