In one of the North West’s largest regional office transactions, Newsteer’s Occupier Advisory Team supported Auto Trader in securing a new 130,000 sq ft headquarters at No. 3 Circle Square, Manchester.

Auto Trader’s new headquarters will span seven floors, complete with a private rooftop terrace and high-performance sustainability credentials.
