Appointed by Sage​

We were instructed by Sage Housing Association to undertake a full Red Book report in relation to shareod ownership and affordable rent units at Bishops Stortford Goods Yard.​

• The scheme is a £200 million mixed use project located nearby the train station. The scheme is being delivered by Bellway and Sage. Once complete the scheme will provide 740 new homes, a hotel, commercial, retail, and community floorspace.
• ​We were subsequently instructed to value later phases at the scheme and we continue to provide regular quarterly valuation advice at this scheme
