We were instructed by Sage Housing Association to value 19 Shared Ownership houses at Clipstone Park.

  • The phase valued is being delivered by Barratt and Sage. Once complete the master development will comprise 1,210 new homes and supporting amenities. Other phases of the development are being delivered by Taylor Wimpey, David Wilson Homes, and Redrow
  • We were instructed to value additional Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent houses at the scheme.
  • We continue to provide regular quarterly valuation advice at this scheme
