Newsteer were instructed by the London Borough of Waltham Forest to provide a range of development consultancy advice in relation to the redevelopment of Wood Street Library to provide a mixed use scheme.

Newsteer provided advice throughout RIBA stages 1-6, which included:

• running residual appraisals through out all stages,
• advising on unit size and specification,
• input to developer/contractor procurement route,
• optimising residential design, unit mix and internal residential layouts
• pricing and marketing appraisals advice
