Working on behalf of the LPA Receiver (and Local Planning Authority) to confirm the lawful implementation of the scheme including the submission of numerous section 73 applications to discharge, vary and remove conditions to allow implementation before the expiration date.
The commission concluded through the securing of a Certificate of Lawfulness to confirm lawful implication had taken place.
