Newsteer is appointed to provide a full property service to the Council on this project, which commenced with designing and leading the competitive dialogue procurement of a development partner for three sites within Leyton.​

• Newsteer provided advice on the appropriate procurement route and led all financial and commercial dialogue sessions as well as chairing the quality sessions. Newsteer led the final contract negotiations leading to the award of the project to London Square Developments.
• ​Further services have included: land assembly and CPO advice, land acquisition services, appropriation advice, grant funding support and viability advice.
• Newsteer is providing ongoing commercial support to the Council to manage the Development Agreement for the project following the successful award of GLA grant funding and planning consent
