• Instructed and retained to advise on a total of 164 affordable rent and shared ownership units for acquisition and sale across Phase 1 & 2 at this scheme.
• We provide subsequent quarterly valuation updates at the scheme.
• The development will comprise of a total of 1,300 homes across two phases, the wider development has an emphasis on green space with various landscaped green areas, streams and small lakes
