Since June 2020, we have been providing strategic occupier advice to Paragon Group and its subsidiaries, including OT Group, across a portfolio of approximately 30 properties in the UK and Ireland. This diverse portfolio includes offices, warehouses, and retail print shops.

• Lease Advisory: Expertise in lease renewals, re-gears, and rent reviews.
• Building Consultancy: Including dilapidations, surveys, and contract administration for new builds and refurbishments.

In the first 18 months, our efforts delivered savings equal to 42% of the Group’s total annual rent roll, achieving approximately £5 million in reductions out of a £12 million rent roll.
