- Acting on behalf of MLPL (Severn Trent) and the adjoining private land owner, Newsteer working with a Land Promoter provided support in achieving an outline planning permission for 50 residential dwellings.
- Newsteer provided both financial feasibility advice along with undertaking the Financial Viability Assessment in relation to the application.
- Upon gaining a planning consent, Newsteer were jointly instructed to market the opportunity on an unconditional basis. Having undertaken a formal marketing process the site was sold to Redrow, with a provision to endeavour to secure an enhanced planning permission.
