With more than 35 years of experience, Giles specialises in Industrial and Logistics, having led projects for major occupiers, developers and owners.
Giles played a crucial role in the rollout of a regional distribution network and oversaw the expansion of Co-Op Food’s regional distribution centres, totaling approximately 4 million sq ft in 8 locations across the UK. His nationwide expertise will be pivotal as he operates from our London office, focusing on development agency, acquisitions, disposals, and asset value enhancement.
