Jonathan Glaister has joined Newsteer Real Estate Advisers to boost the Development Consultancy team.

Jonathan is an expert in Financial Viability Assessments and related affordable housing and s106 advice for large residential led, mixed use developments in London and the South East.  He will work alongside Richard Garside to give Newsteer a market leading offer in this crucial area of the planning and development process.  Jonathan joins from Montagu Evans where he was a Partner in the Viability team.  Prior to this Jonathan was a Director at GL Hearn.

Jonathan has worked on a number of transformational London regeneration schemes which will deliver tens of thousands of homes and significant other benefits.  Examples include The Winstanley Estate (Taylor Wimpey & LB Wandsworth), the Alton Estate (LB Wandsworth), Charlton Riverside (Hyde), Cricklewood (Montreaux) and Alperton Manufacturing Estate (Zed Homes). He has 15 years’ experience of providing development consultancy advice to developers and land owners through the feasibility, design and planning stages of development projects.
