This week we are delighted to announce the launch of our new Occupier Advisory service. Led by former GL Hearn Directors and leading Occupier specialists, Stephen Downey and David Felman, the 4-strong team brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Newsteer.
With a focus on providing expert guidance exclusively to occupiers on their property requirements and strategy implementation, this new service enhances Newsteer’s ability to meet the diverse needs of its clients across the UK.

Stephen and David are joined by fellow Director Tracy Cooper, and Senior Surveyor Edward Cecil. They will offer a range of services including leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposal advice, portfolio strategy review, and lease advisory.
