Newsteer has launched a dedicated Flex Advisory service line, marking a significant expansion of the firm’s occupier advisory offer as demand for flexible workspace continues to evolve across the UK market.
To lead the new UK-wide service, the firm has appointed Jordan Saleh as Head of Flex – UK. The offer will work exclusively with occupiers, reinforcing Newsteer’s commitment to providing independent, conflict-free advice aligned entirely to client objectives.
Jordan joins from CBRE, where he was Head of Flex – North and played a leading role in establishing and growing the firm’s regional flex advisory capability. Prior to this, he spent seven years at WeWork as Leasing Director, advising businesses ranging from high-growth startups to major corporates on flexible workspace strategy and delivery.
Working closely with Newsteer’s wider Occupier Advisory team, Jordan will support clients across the full spectrum of flexible workspace solutions – from strategy and search through to negotiation, implementation and long-term portfolio planning.
The appointment reflects the continued evolution of occupier requirements, with flexibility now playing an increasingly central role in wider workplace and real estate strategies.
Alastair Crowdy, Managing Director at Newsteer, said:
“Flexible workspace is no longer a niche product – it is now a core component of modern occupier strategy. Jordan’s appointment reflects our commitment to building a best-in-class advisory offer in this space. His experience across both advisory and operator environments gives him a deep understanding of how occupiers are thinking about flexibility, performance and long-term value.”
Jordan Saleh added:
“I’m incredibly excited to be joining Newsteer at such a pivotal moment for the flex market. There is a real opportunity to build something genuinely differentiated – combining deep market expertise with highly client-focused advice. Flexible workspace is becoming an increasingly important part of broader business and real estate decision-making, and I’m looking forward to working with the wider team to support clients across that journey.”
The new Flex Advisory service will work closely with Newsteer’s occupier, agency and development teams to support clients across multiple sectors and locations throughout the UK.
The launch forms part of Newsteer’s broader growth strategy and continued focus on delivering integrated, commercially-led advice that responds to changing market conditions and occupier priorities.
