Newsteer is delighted to have received the final decision notice granting planning permission for a 278 unit, 35% affordable, build to rent scheme over part 10, 15 and 16-storeys in Ealing, designed by HTA Design LLP for our client Amro Real Estate Partners on land to the rear of Tesco Hoover Building.
This project demonstrates the ability of Newsteer’s teams to work collaboratively across their different disciplines of real estate with Paul Manning and Rachel Mengham acting as planning consultants and Richard Garside providing financial viability advice.
