Newsteer is delighted to have received the final decision notice granting planning permission for a 278 unit, 35% affordable, build to rent scheme over part 10, 15 and 16-storeys in Ealing, designed by HTA Design LLP for our client Amro Real Estate Partners on land to the rear of Tesco Hoover Building.

This project demonstrates the ability of Newsteer’s teams to work collaboratively across their different disciplines of real estate with Paul Manning and Rachel Mengham acting as planning consultants and Richard Garside providing financial viability advice.

It has been a pleasure to be involved with such a fantastic team over the last couple of years and we are very proud of the outcome and are now working with Amro and Ealing Council towards the submission of details of planning conditions to implement this consent.
