Newsteer Real Estate Advisers is very pleased to have submitted a full planning application on behalf of our client Coalition Land for their site at Burr Street, Luton, for 272 new homes in 4 blocks ranging from 5 to 11 storeys, less than 5-minutes walk from the town centre station. The application is made further to a consent granted in November for 169 homes and positive pre-application engagement with Luton Council.
