Newsteer’s Occupier Advisory team has been awarded Lease of the Year – South West at the CoStar Impact Awards, for advising Hargreaves Lansdown on its move to the Welcome Building in Bristol.

Acting as strategic advisor, Newsteer supported Hargreaves Lansdown throughout the process – from shaping its workplace and location strategy, to identifying the right opportunity and negotiating terms that aligned with its long-term business objectives.

The result is a 90,000 sq ft headquarters at Temple Quay, bringing together strong connectivity, high ESG standards and an amenity-led environment designed to support wellbeing, collaboration and performance for more than 2,000 staff.
