With more than 35 years of experience, Giles specialises in Industrial and Logistics, having led projects for major occupiers, developers and owners.

He has significant experience in occupational acquisitions, securing 4 million sq ft of bespoke regional distribution centres (R.D.C.s) for the Co-op Food Group’s UK network.

Giles is involved in disposals, lettings, and sales projects, dealing with existing, speculative, and build-to-suit products for both occupiers and landlords. In addition, he is proficient in assessing and structuring development projects, encompassing land sales/acquisitions, turnkey packages, and speculative developments. His expertise includes advising on various lease modifications, from surrenders and re-lettings to re-gearing over-rented properties and extending leases, thereby enhancing asset value.

  • Lead the rollout of a regional distribution network and managed the expansion of Co-Op Food’s 8 regional distribution centres, totalling approximately 4 million sq ft across the UK.
