Lease Regear & Renewal

Our team has wide ranging experience providing tailored advice to landlords and tenants in order to maximise lease regearing opportunities and achieve client specific goals. We help our client achieve asset enhancement through securing longer lease commitments, protection of strong performing assets, rent reductions, and sharing marriage value.

Our experience enables us to guide clients on the most suitable strategies to achieving desired goals at lease renewal. We advise on 1954 Act legislation, lease terms and appropriate rent facilitates negotiations, and we have in depth knowledge of disputes procedures under the PACT process as well as by reference to Court.

Rent Reviews

We have expert knowledge and proficiency negotiating rent reviews and presenting evidence to Arbitrators and Independent Experts in dispute resolution cases across the spectrum of property asset classes.
