Joe joins Newsteer as a Graduate Surveyor in the Lease Advisory and Transactional Services team.
Joe has predominantly worked on lease advisory matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, business rates and valuations, as well as acquisitions and disposals of clients’ freehold and leasehold interests.
Highlights
- Joe has advised clients such as Telereal Trillium, Topgolf, Asda and Tesco, and is currently working towards his APC on the commercial pathway.
