Simon Martin is an Associate Director in our Lease Advisory and Transactional (LATS) team. Throughout his career, Simon has built a close network of relationships with a number of key clients including institutional and specialist funds, property companies, developers and private investors.

He has a wealth of experience providing specialist investment advice on the acquisition, disposal, and asset management of investments across the property asset classes (including retail, office, industrial and logistics sectors and in the alternative sectors: hotels, healthcare, and student housing).
