This week Lea Bridge Station Sites, in London Borough of Waltham Forest, was granted planning permission, subject to GLA Stage 2 sign-off, at a special planning committee.
Dubbed by the market as the ‘trickiest sites in North London’, the Council has partnered with London Square to plant more than 500 trees, deliver 345 homes, of which 50% will be affordable, alongside a new station entrance and c.2,000 sqm commercial space.
Our multidisciplinary team provided a comprehensive property service to London Borough of Waltham Forest on this scheme, delivering the development partner procurement of London Square, advising and delivering on the required land assembly alongside ongoing valuation, viability and commercial support.
