Occupier advice, Moneysupermarket
Our team provided strategic occupier advice to Moneysupermarket, guiding the company through a phased office relocation to align with its maturing business and workforce needs. With Manchester selected over Liverpool to tap into a stronger talent pool, we implemented a flexible, multi-stage approach.
Phase I began in 2016 with a two-year lease at 57 Spring Gardens, followed by Phase II in 2018, securing 100 additional desks at WeWork St. Peter’s Square. Currently, we are overseeing Phase III, the acquisition of a 30,000 sq. ft. permanent headquarters.
This approach allowed Moneysupermarket to meet immediate needs while adapting space requirements over time, especially as senior management and project demands evolved.
The strategy delivered £2.5 million in savings, with Moneysupermarket noting our deep understanding of their business needs as a key differentiator in achieving a people-focused property plan.
