Newsteer was appointed to provide development consultancy and agency advice in relation to a portfolio of small sites across East London​

• Our team provided Development Appraisals testing various feasibility studies in relation to each site and provided a report setting out RLV and an agency strategy for each site.
• ​Based our valuation advice,we are subsequently retained to run a disposals programme over the next 3 years.
• Our planning team is also instructed to provide strategic advice in relation to each of the sites which are being progressed for disposal.
