We are delighted to announce that Simon Martin has joined our Lease Advisory and Transactional (LATS) team as an Associate Director. Simon was previously at Joiner Cummings, where he provided specialist investment advice on the acquisition, disposal, and asset management of investments across the property asset classes including retail, office, industrial and logistics sectors and in the alternative sectors: hotels, healthcare, and student housing.

Recent highlights include advising on the disposal of a multi-let industrial estate in Sheffield, the sale of an industrial portfolio for c. £50 million, the sale of a car dealership in Solihull, the sale of an office in Guildford, the sale of a food store in Canterbury, the acquisition of a car showroom investment opportunity in Leeds and the acquisition of an elderly care home in Esher.
