Great news for our client, Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH), with our Planning team securing permission via Section 73 for a scheme in Southall. This amends a planning permission for 118 flats on the site of the Former Southall College in the London Borough of Ealing, taking a 35% affordable scheme to now have the ability to deliver 100% affordable. It also increases the number of family units significantly in a similar scheme to that approved previously.

MTVH were advised by Guy Logan Architects; Iceni  (highways, daylight sunlight, and landscape); with Bugler bringing forward this development which is already on site.
