In July 2023, we provided valuation advice to Asda for accounting and compliance purposes.
As RICS registered valuer, we conducted a comprehensive review of the 119 sites Asda retained, offering brokerage opinions on value for each location.
This followed Asda’s £438m acquisition of 132 petrol station forecourts from the Co-op, supporting its long-term strategy to expand its convenience store business and become the UK’s second-largest supermarket.
