We provide Project Management to a number of our clients.

The role of a planning consultant has evolved over the years beyond just providing technical support to now, more frequently including a genuine project management role throughout the planning process.

We are experienced at instructing and managing the project team at the beginning of a development, through to starting on site, whilst working alongside our Development Management colleagues on the delivery side.

We provide strategic town planning advice alongside our Development Consultancy and CPO teams on a variety of major urban regeneration projects that require careful masterplanning and phasing strategies.

Working closely with our clients and key stakeholders, we specialise in the promotion of strategic brownfield land capable of making significant change through the Local Plan process.

Working closely with our Development Consultancy and CPO colleagues in particular we understand that to make significant change, development must be fundable, viable and deliverable.

We pride ourselves on the tactical advice we give our clients from site inception to project delivery, whether it be advising on single site or wider portfolio, or how / when to take a site to market.
